Title information

The primary goal of the book is to provide relevant occupational health, safety, and environmental information in a very straightforward, easy to understand, and quick-to-reference format. 

Sections 1 through 16 provide details on 100+ formulas used in the occupational health, safety, and environmental field.  Each formula is defined in terms of its variables, when it is used, and how it is applied using an example problem.  Helpful hints also are included at the end of many of the problems to provide additional quick and insightful information that may help the reader to understand the subject and/or solve the problem.

Sections 17 through 19 provide physical constants, units of measure and unit conversions which are helpful to solve problems in Sections 1-16.

Sections 20 through 34 contain quick reference terms and definitions for the occupational health, safety, and environmental professional. 

This book can also be used as a valuable study aid to prepare for the Board of Certified Safety Professional’s ASP and CSP examinations.
